Spicy Battered Cauliflower

Cauliflower floret coated in a spicy batter flavored with Aleppo Pepper and a Buffalo-Style sauce then fried to golden brown. Served with ranch.

Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Penne

Chicken breast sautéed with sun-dried tomatoes and herbs and finished in a creamy

sauce over penne pasta. Served with a side salad. 

 Crab Stuffed Shoulder Tenders Wrapped in Bacon

Crab meat lightly stuffed in a shoulder tender then wrapped in bacon and grilled to perfection.

Finished with a whiskey peppercorn sauce. Served with two side items. 

Ale Battered Cod

Cod coated in an Ale batter and deep-fried to perfection. Served with two side items.  

Tortellini Pasta Carbonara

Fire roasted vegetables sautéed in olive oil and tossed with tortellini pasta in a garlic cream sauce.

Served with a side salad.
