Fried Green Tomato Stack with White Cheddar Sauce

Green tomatoes breaded and deep-fried and topped with cheddar cheese sauce.  


Lamb Stew  


Mushroom Rice Chicken

Chicken breast seasoned and sautéed in olive oil and placed over a mushroom rice pilaf.

Served with a side salad.  

 Bacon Wrapped Medallions with Red Wine Mushrooms

 Tender steak medallions lightly seasoned then wrapped in bacon and grilled to temperature. Finished with a red wine mushrooms. Served with two side items.  

Tuscan Shrimp over Elbow Pasta

Fresh shrimp simmered with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh baby spinach in a creamy sauce and tossed with elbow pasta. Served with a side salad.  

Spring Pasta Bake

 Pasta tossed with asparagus and peas in a creamy sauce then topped with a Parmesan breading and baked. Served with a side salad.
