Braised Short Ribs

Pork ribs slow cooked with a blend of house seasonings then finished on the char grill with our BBQ sauce.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Stuffed with Jalapenos& Cheddar

Chicken breast stuffed with a jalapeno and cheddar blend then wrapped in bacon and baked. Served with two side items.  

Big Daddy Sirloin 

A large one pound sirloin seasoned and grilled to perfection for dad's with a serious appetite. Served with two side items. 

Clams Linguine  

Middle Neck clams simmered in a garlic wine broth with fresh diced tomatoes then tossed with linguine. Served with a side salad.  

Roasted Red Pepper, Mushroom & Goat Cheese Alfredo  

Roasted red peppers, fresh mushrooms sautéed with fresh broccoli and finished in a creamy goat cheese sauce then placed over penne pasta. Served with a side salad.
