Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Pesto Crostini

Fresh house-made basil pesto spread onto slices of French bread and topped with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.  


Lamb Stew   


Chicken Penne Napolitano

Lightly floured chicken breast sauteed in olive oil with Kalamata olives, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and roasted red peppers served over penne. Comes with a side salad.  

 Traditional Lasagna

Layers of past filled with a ricotta cheese mixture, mozzarella and a meat sauce and baked to perfection. Served with a side salad.  

Citrus Arctic Char

Arctic Char lightly seasoned and grilled to order then finished with a citrus drizzle. Served with two side items.  

Quinoa Cakes with Roasted Red Pepper Relish

Red quinoa mixed with goat cheese fresh spinach and a blend of seasonings then topped with a roasted red pepper relish. Served with a side salad.
