Buffalo Chicken Dip

Diced chicken breast mixed with a blend of seasonings, cheeses, ranch dressing and our buffalo sauce. Served hot with tortilla chips.

Chicken Bryan

Seasoned chicken breast sautéed in a lemon butter sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and finished with goat cheese. Served with two side items.  

Cinnamon Chipotle Pork Loin

Pork loin seasoned with a cinnamon chipotle seasoning and grilled to perfection. Served with two side items.  

Tuscan Yellowfin Tuna

Fresh hand-cut yellowfin tuna seasoned with fresh herbs and spices then grilled to temperature. Served with two side items.  

Butternut Squash Ravioli  

Delicate pasta filled with butternut squash and a blend of cheeses then simmered in a brown butter sage sauce. Served with a side salad.
