Mini Chili Rellenos

Diced roasted Poblano peppers are blended with rich mozzarella and Cotija cheeses and battered with corn masa for a crisp, shareable starter. 


Beef Cabbage


Chicken Picatta

Lightly floured chicken breast sautéed with capers, lemon and finished with white wine. Served with two side items. 

Sirloin Steak

A large 14oz sirloin steak seasoned and grilled to temperature. Served with two side items. 

Blackened Salmon Salad with Ranch-Avocado Dressing

Fresh Salmon seasoned with blackened seasoning and grilled then placed on a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes, watermelon radishes, red onion and cucumber. Served with a house-made avocado ranch dressing. 

Penne Alla Vodka with Roasted Veggies 

Penne pasta tossed with fire roasted vegetables in a creamy vodka sauce. Served with a side salad.
